Travel\u2026one of the things I missed the most in the past year. Humans have a natural inclination towards  travel, and unfortunately, it was one of the main things we had to give up during the pandemic. But, not being able to hop on a plane and travel to some heavenly destination doesn\u2019t mean that we can\u2019t let our imagination run wild. One of the best ways to escape reality is by reading a good book.<\/p>

Today, I\u2019m not going to talk about books like Eat, Pray, Love<\/em> by Elizabeth Gilbert or The Alchemist <\/em>by Paulo Coelho. No, today I\u2019m going to talk about the wonderful world of travel and hotel photography books–large format books in which, through images, we can be transported to distant, enchanting lands. <\/p>

They say that a picture is worth a thousand words, and these books have hundreds of pictures that show us just how special each of these destinations is.  <\/p>

Here are some books that will make you feel like you\u2019re on a world tour without ever leaving your home. <\/p>

Chic Stays<\/em><\/strong>, by Melinda Stevens, published by Assouline<\/strong><\/h2>

This book comes from the minds behind one of the world\u2019s most renowned magazines, Conde Nast Traveler<\/em>.
