Our skin is one of the most sensitive organs and requires comprehensive care. That’s why it’s important to choose products that help your skin look spectacular and radiant.

As I’ve said many times, skin care is of the utmost importance. Our skin is the first barrier against free radicals and contaminants. So, we must create a care routine that helps the skin recover, increase its defenses, and bounce back.

A good skincare routine helps our skin recover lost nutrients, increase its defenses, and look spectacular. As there are different types of skin – dry, oily, mixed – we must create specialized routines that adapt to the kind of skin we have. If what you want is to get healthy, glowing skin, stick to the following steps. 

Cleanse regularly

It is important to keep your skin clean, so you must wash it in the morning and at night. Use a facial cleanser and apply pressure, working in circular movements to massage your face. This will help cleanse the skin and open your pores, reducing the appearance of tired, dull skin. Try to use cold or room temperature water as this helps your skin tighten up and better receive the nutrients from your skincare routine.

Exfoliate your skin

One of the easiest ways to increase your skin’s natural glow is to exfoliate. While you shouldn’t necessarily exfoliate daily, you can do so 2 or 3 times a week, and if you prefer to do peel, I recommend once every two weeks. Exfoliating helps remove dead skin cells which reduces dark spots and improves luminosity.

Moisturize constantly 

It’s super important to keep your skin hydrated and moisturized. If you do not have a skin care routine, try, at least, to moisturize with a cream that works well for you. Consult with your dermatologist to find out what type of skin you have. Apply the moisturizing cream or gel after exfoliating to help with absorption. Moisturized skin reflects more light, giving you more glow.

Look for illuminating ingredients 

It is important to look for products with components that help to maximize the natural nutrients in your skin. These types of products should normally contain ingredients like Vitamin C, hyaluronic acid, amino acids, peptides, Vitamin A, and others. Drink lots of water

That’s why you must stay hydrated and drink a ton of water. The body requires at least 3 liters of water per day, and I recommend carrying a bottle around with you and drinking from it frequently.

These are some simple steps that will help your skin look healthier and more glowing. Radiant skin is synonymous with healthy skin.
