Fall is here! This season is the perfect opportunity to recreate, rediscover ourselves and find our new favorite style.

Even though fall has been here for almost a month, I haven’t had a moment to stop and think about it (and in the process, have a pumpkin spice latte). With so much Fashion Weeks, appointments and many other events, I’ve barely had time to stop and think about this season of transformation and renovations. If trees change their leaves in Autumn, wouldn’t it be fun for us to change our outfits too?

I mean, maybe adding five, six…ten new pieces to your closet isn’t a bad idea. No one wiser than nature to tell us when to make a significant metamorphosis in our lives. So, today, in my Shopping Cart, I’m bringing you a few Fall pieces to get you in tune with the season.

Nothing like welcoming the cold season (on this side of the world) with a good coat that invites us both to go out and to stay at home, curled up on the couch, watching our favorite movie. For me, such a versatile garment that goes with the fall color palette is this calfskin coat by Ulla Johnson, or this one from Joseph, made of the same material, in a lovely pastel pink. Tell me you don’t want to wrap yourself in these two coats while sipping a cup of hot chocolate and snuggling into the softness of this alpaca wool scarf by Max Mara.

For a plush coat, a plush hat, and one of my favorite choices is this one by Totême, with a minimalist look that will keep you nice and warm. Although, come to think of it, it’s not all about snow and rain. While here, in the northern hemisphere, we are entering cold climates, the southern hemisphere enjoys warm airs, so a skirt with feathers (one of the trends that will remain for next year) is the most practical: The Mannei has this excellent option in nude tone. And to combat the sun, this silk hat from The Row will be your best friend; you can also look super cool with Bottega Veneta sunglasses.

As soft textures are the norm in the fall, I recommend you to wear them even in accessories, as it happens with this Saint Laurent bag in brown suede with lamb fur trim or this Loewe lamb fur clutch. And it is also very important to play with new dimensions and dare to wear different silhouettes: this Alanui coat is a safe bet to stand out.

To assemble a color palette representative of autumn you can not miss in your closet yellow, brown or black (orange is already very cliché). Here are some other items that you will love and want to have for this season:
