It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas… Christmas is just around the corner, and you still have time to add a lot of amazing items to your letter to Santa. I’ll tell you about what I want to ask for.

It’s very, very close to Christmas; we are in a season that I love, not only because it brings people together and because of the gifts, but also because of the outfits. Christmas dinners, gatherings with friends and family, make us super creative when it comes to dressing up, and, let’s face it, this season’s clothes are very elegant, extremely festive and interesting. My letter to Santa is full of clothes I want to add to my closet to wear between now and the New Year!

For all the events of the season, a must-have color is red, and since we are talking about days of love and affection, of union, what do you think if we start this wishlist with this midi dress by Dolce & Gabbana that brings all our attention to the heart in the center of the chest? There is no more ideal piece to show how much you love these dates. It’s beautiful and elegant, as well as sensual.

Continuing with the sensuality, have you ever wanted to be the gift under the tree? That’s the whole vibe I get from this Esteban Cortazar dress that, replete with Y2K spirit, elevates turquoise blue to a new, rather dramatic level. In tune with the sexy yet elegant side that is so abundant at parties, Valentino has this short shirt with chiffon detail that will help you show off your tummy and lower back. Pair it with a pair of black culottes and voilà, a winning ensemble.

I consider tweed (also) as one of those elements that can’t be missed this season (and that you should add to your list). It brings a certain cozy presence to any look. This camel coat from Miu Miu is all you need to shine at your next dinner party: it perfectly combines classic and contemporary elements to create a fantastic timeless piece that is sure to win you lots and lots of compliments. And, while we’re on the subject of Prada’s little sister brand, how about complementing the outfit with a crystal-detailed hair brooch?

Sparkles can’t be missing at Christmas either, they go 100% hand in hand. Alexander Wang has an amazing dress that features a rhinestone top over a black silk skirt. Wang is all about eye-catching shapes: what do you think of this beaded bow cardigan? I definitely have it on my list for Santa.

If you want something much more casual, Balmain presents this yellow cardigan with gold sequins reminiscent of a Christmas sweater (in high fashion version, of course). On the other side, the sophisticated elegance, you can’t miss in your wish list a classic: the black coat, like this oversize coat from Khatie. Although, if you want to stand out, my personal recommendation is this Aliétte mini dress in bright pink, one of my favorite colors.

If you want to add even more gifts to your Christmas wishlist, here are many other gifts that you will surely want to put under your tree.
