As you know, I have always been a skincare fanatic. In my opinion, beauty comes from having a healthy face and complexion, and that’s why I’ve decided to share my skincare routine with you.

As I have always said, a skincare routine is essential for anyone. It can be as simple as clean, moisturize and protec or a super sophisticated routine with 10 steps. A skincare routine is important because our skin deserves and requires lots of care. I’ve said it many times before, but the skin is our first barrier of protection against free radicals in the environment, and that is why it is one of the organs that takes the hardest hits.

That’s why it’s so important to have a good skincare routine. Before making any changes or applying new products to the skin, it’s important that you consult with a dermatologist. Everyone’s skin is different, so you need to learn what yours needs in order to use the right products, which will help you avoid negative reactions. Your skin-care routine must be designed specifically for your body, and while there are products that can serve us all, you have to find the ones that work best for you. 

But, there are certain steps that any skincare routine must have. Here are the steps in my routine. I hope this helps give you an idea of how to take care of your skin. 

Step 1: Cleanse your skin

The first step is to clean your skin to remove toxins, pollutants and more. This step is very important since it prepares the skin to receive all the other nutrients and ingredients in the products of our skincare routine. You can do a simple cleanse with soap and cold water or use a cleanser that works well for your skin type.

Step 2: Apply toner

Many people skip this step, but I think it’s important to apply toner. This productss in addition to cleaning more deeply, helps infuse our skin with nutrients and vitamins. It is like a boost to the health of our skin. Find out what your skin needs and get the right toner for you.

Step 3: Use a serum

This step consists of applying a serum to your skin. First, you will take the liquid and pour it onto the skin, and then spread it around and massage it in with a facial roller. A serum is a concentrate of nutrients, and there are different types of serum – hydrating, antioxidant, brightening, anti-aging – so it’s important to know which one will work best for your skin type. Step 5: Hydrate

Of course, depending on your skin type (oily, dry, combination), the type of cream or lotion you use will be different but you want to maintain a radiant and healthy appearance and stray hydrated throughout the day. There are many creams and lotions on the market that help us moisturize and hydrate, and it’s important to use the right one so as to not cause more damage to the skin. It’s a great idea to meet with a dermatologist for advice. Remember that it doesn’t matter if you live on the beach, in a city, or up in the mountains, nor does it matter if it’s sunny or cloudy. You should never go out without sunscreen.
